In Touch Therapeutic Massage

What is a New Patient Massage and how is it different?  (Please only choose this option if you have never received a massage from Erin.) This is exactly the same massage that you will receive as a returning client. However, choosing this option will allow your massage therapist to add some time to your appointment for a meaningful dialogue, at no cost to you, to discuss any pain or stress areas before the massage, thus ensuring the time you have scheduled for your massage will not be affected.

30 minute massage 
Ideal for someone who is wanting a focused or localized massage. Perfect for someone who has headaches or that special person that needs their neck, shoulder and arms massaged to help relieve work stress.

60 minute massage 
The beauty of an hour massage is it's flexibility. It can either be a full body massage, or it can be a focused massage. Stressful project at work? Let us focus on back, neck, and shoulders. Been sitting long hours in the car? Why not spend the entire time on the back of the body. Want the focus to be back, neck and shoulders but love having your hands and feet massaged? We can do that too. 

90 minute massage 
The perfect amount of time for the person who has a specific complaint but also enjoys a full body massage. A 90 minute massage gives the flexibility to spend extra time on trouble spots, especially beneficial to people who may have more that one area that they want to target. Highly recommended for people training for marathons or triathlons.
